St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible General Anesthesiologists to cover cases out of Samaritan Hospital located in Troy, New York.

We offer a variety of schedule designs, full-time, part-time, and per diem contracts. Surgical cases are primarily bread and butter including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Thoracic, and Urology. No cardiac, trauma, or neuro cases.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

• Base salary- 600k per year (prorated for part-time)
• Onsite shifts -46 hours/week, 44 weeks - 2,024 hours per year
• First call shifts per year:
• 1 in 8 weekday shifts - 12 hours each
• 1 in 8 weekends (Sat & Sun) - 24 hours each day.
• 1 in 6 holidays - 24 hours each
• Quality Incentives:
• Starting with the Anesthesiologists second anniversary, they will be eligible to earn quality incentive up to $20,000/calendar year.  This will be pro-rated for part time and partial years.
• Starting and Retention Bonuses - applies to full time Anesthesiologist candidates only:
• $75,000 to be paid within 30 days of the Anesthesiologists start date.
• The starting bonus will have a claw back provision requiring the physician to repay the starting bonus, on a pro-rated basis, in the event the physician terminates their employment agreement within 2 years of their start date.
• $25,000 to be paid within 30 days of the Anesthesiologists first anniversary.
