Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Pain Management Physician in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive base salary, bonus potential, and a 4-day workweek. We are partnering with a high-end pain management clinic in Las Vegas seeking a bilingual Pain Management Physician to join their collaborative care team. This clinic provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment alongside neurologists, advanced practice providers, and mental health professionals. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain or Pain Medicine. Position Details: Job Title: Pain Management Physician Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Schedule: 4 days per week Employment Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive interventional pain management services to a diverse patient population Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurology, psychiatry, and advanced practice providers Develop individualized treatment plans and perform procedures as indicated Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the clinic's EMR system Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with clinical best practices and organizational standards Requirements: MD or DO degree with completion of an Interventional Pain or Pain Medicine fellowship (Current fellows will be considered) Active and unrestricted Nevada medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine Bilingual in Spanish (required) Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: $400,000 annually Bonus opportunities available 4-day workweek promoting work-life balance Malpractice insurance and full benefits package included
