Comprehensive stroke program in Rockford, Illinois seeking neurointerventional coverage with flexible monthly scheduling.

Highlights

• 7 shifts per month; block scheduling allowed
• Neurointerventional and general neurology cases
• Start January 2026; temp privileges available (~60 days)
• All travel, lodging, and malpractice covered

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Inpatient census ~15/day
• Epic EMR
• APPs shared between neurointervention and neurosurgery teams

Schedule

• Weekdays: 12-hour shifts + night call
• Weekends: 24-hour call with 30-minute response time
• Monthly shift customization allowed

Cases and Procedures

• Endovascular and neurointerventional procedures
• General neurology consults and ER transfers
• Acts as CareHub neurology transfer lead

Requirements

• Board Certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology
• Active Illinois license (IMLC not accepted)
• BLS and ACLS required
