The Role
We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician (PM&R, Anesthesiology-Pain, or equivalent) to assume the practice's full clinical panel, including:

Evaluation and management of spine, joint, and musculoskeletal pain
Fluoroscopically guided interventional procedures (epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, RFA, joint injections)
Minimally invasive spinal treatments

Kyphoplasty, Intrathecal Pain Pumps, and EMG are a plus

Regenerative medicine and sports injury therapies
Longitudinal, conservative-first pain care with an established, loyal patient base

Requirements

Qualifications
MD/DO with active or attainable Texas license and unrestricted DEA
BC/BE in PM&R, Anesthesiology, or Pain Medicine; interventional fellowship training preferred
Proficiency with fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures
Strong bedside manner and commitment to function-focused, patient-centered care
