We are building something different in physiotherapy.
If you are a clinician who values depth, critical thinking and meaningful therapeutic relationships — this may be the role you’ve been looking for.
At Reclaim Physiotherapy, we specialise in holistic management of complex and persistent presentations. Our clients often present with long-standing symptoms, fluctuating progress and multifactorial challenges that require nuance — not quick fixes.
This is not a high-volume clinic. This is not a protocol-driven model. This is thoughtful, relationship-based care.
How We Practise We prioritise depth over speed.
60-minute initial consultations 45-minute follow-ups Time allocated for reasoning, education and collaborative planning Progressive movement-based rehabilitation Whole-person management Long-term therapeutic partnerships We think critically. We adapt plans. We work in partnership with our clients.
Mentorship & Development You will receive structured mentorship from an APA Titled Pain Physiotherapist, including:
Weekly case discussions Guided development in complex care Support in refining clinical reasoning and communication Ongoing professional development opportunities You will not be expected to manage challenging cases in isolation.
Our Culture Reclaim is shaped by five core principles:
Depth – Nuance and long-term thinking guide our care. Curiosity – We question, reflect and continuously refine. Partnership – We work with clients, not on them. Collective – Complex cases are shared, not siloed. Growth – We invest in professional excellence and leadership.
Sustainable excellence requires sustainable clinicians. We protect time, boundaries and reflective practice.
What Your Week Will Include Structured onboarding into our clinical frameworks 60-minute initials and 45-minute follow-ups Built-in admin time Weekly collaborative case review This is an employee role with superannuation and clear structure.
