A physician-owned, multi-specialty organization in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is expanding its outpatient neurology services and seeking a Neurologist to join a well-established, highly supported practice. Practice Overview
- Modern five-story medical office building with 20+ specialties on site
- 100% outpatient neurology with no call responsibilities
- On-site EEG lab with MRI reading opportunities available
- Dedicated neurology support, including another neurologist, NP, RN, and CMA
- Nursing-led chart prep and triage to improve efficiency and clinic flow
Schedule & Flexibility
- Choice of a traditional five-day schedule or a four-day workweek
- Predictable clinic hours designed to support work-life balance
- No inpatient work, no call, and no hospital rounding
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range of $350,000 to $375,000
- Eligibility for shareholder status after the first calendar year with full voting rights
- Robust 401(k) with up to 12 percent employer contribution
- Enhanced PTO, CME allowance, and leadership opportunities for shareholders
Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Open to new graduates and experienced neurologists
- Comfortable managing a broad mix of general neurology cases
- EMG and EEG interpretation opportunities are available, but not required
