Prisma Health is seeking a board certified/board eligible pediatric anesthesiologist to join our growing anesthesiology department in Greenville, South Carolina – the cultural and economic hub of the Upstate.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This position offers a genuinely rare combination: a high-volume, mixed pediatric and adult practice with the quality of life you actually want.  You will provide pediatric anesthesia across Prisma Health Children’s Hospital and Shriners Hospital for Children, alongside adult cases at our flagship academic medical center, with no cardiac anesthesia responsibilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• First-year base salary of $550,000, increasing to $700,000+ after one year
• Aggressive sign-on bonus available

CLINICAL PRACTICE:

• Mixed pediatric and adult anesthesia
• No cardiac anesthesia
• Pediatric services include pediatric general surgery, urology, neurosurgery, ENT, radiation oncology and orthopedics
• Supportive experienced department with robust CRNA/AA collaboration
• Level 4 NICU
• Tertiary referral center service the growing Upstate SC region
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MD/DO with completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency and pediatric anesthesia fellowship
• BE/BE by the American Board of Anesthesiology
• Eligible for South Carolina medical license
