Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a balanced schedule with a strong emphasis on work-life harmony. The provider will deliver high-quality patient care through consultations and follow-up visits, with the autonomy to make independent clinical decisions while having a physician available for collaboration as needed.

Schedule:

Full-time (4 days per week)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No on-call responsibilities
No weekends or holidays
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits
Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Manage patient care independently within scope of practice
Collaborate with supervising physician when appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
