Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing physician-led practice in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina—with an ASC equity opportunity available from Day 1.

About the Role
As an Interventional Pain Management Physician, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with acute and chronic spine and pain conditions.
You'll have the opportunity to perform a broad range of minimally invasive interventional procedures while managing complex pain patients in a collaborative outpatient environment.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Perform complex minimally invasive interventional pain procedures
- Manage patients requiring complex medication regimens, including appropriate opioid management
- Provide longitudinal care and monitor patient response to treatment
- Collaborate with APPs, clinical staff, and other physicians to coordinate patient care
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction
- Participate in the continued growth and development of the practice and ASC
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO
- Fellowship training in Pain Management
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
- Experience performing complex minimally invasive interventional pain procedures
- Comfortable managing patients with complex chronic pain and medication needs
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term practice and ASC ownership
