Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA well-established,privately owned, physician-led pain management practice in Delaware is seekinga full-time Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its growing team.This opportunity is ideal for a physician trained in Physical Medicine &Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, or Anesthesiology who is interested in ahigh-volume, procedure-driven outpatient practice with strong long-term earningpotential.
The incoming physician willjoin a collaborative team consisting of one physician practicing part-time inSeaford, one full-time physician in Dover, one part-time physician in Dover,and a full-time Advanced Practice Provider in Dover. The practice is supportedby experienced clinical and procedural staff, as well as a strongadministrative infrastructure, allowing physicians to focus on deliveringhigh-quality patient care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Year 1 base salary: $420,000– $440,000+
- Year 2: Transition to a drawmodel based on a percentage of collections

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
- Completion of anACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship (required)
- Eligible for or activeDelaware medical licensure (note: Florida license requirement removed to alignwith practice location)
- DEA registration in goodstanding
- Minimum of 2 years ofexperience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proceduralproficiency and commitment to evidence-based care
- Strong communication andteamwork skills
