OPEN RN SPECIALTIES: PCU / Stepdown RN MS/Tele RN Critical Care Float RN Pain Management / Palliative Care RN GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 Years Recent RN Experience Must have current specialty experience within the last 3 years Active Compact or Ohio RN License Required EPIC Charting Experience Preferred/Required Education must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program FACILITY: Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center & James Cancer Hospital - Columbus, OH CONTRACT DETAILS: 13–16 Week Contracts Night Shift & Day/Night Rotating Options 3x12 Hour Shifts Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 OPEN POSITIONS PCU RN – Acute Leukemia Unit 16 Week Contract Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Oncology experience preferred but not required Ratios: 1:4–1:5 EPIC experience required Float to Med Surg Oncology units Required Certs: BLS ACLS NIHSS MS/Tele RN - Oncology Float Pool 16 Week Contract Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Float to multiple oncology specialties Ratios: 1:4–1:5 Oncology experience preferred Required Certs: BLS ACLS NIHSS Critical Care Float RN 13 Week Contract Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Float across ICU specialties: MICU SICU CVICU Neuro ICU Cardiology/Diagnostics Ratios: 1:2 Teaching hospital experience required Required Certs: BLS ACLS NIHSS Pain Management / Palliative Care RN 16 Week Contract Day or Night Shift Available Brand-new 12-bed palliative care unit Ratios: 1:4 Focus on symptom management & comfort care Float to comparable med-surg units as needed Any of the below Experience: PCU: 2 years (Required) MS/Tele: 2 years (Required) Pain management: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: NIHSS Certification (Required) ACLS Certification (Required) Work Location: In person About Hanker Systems Inc Healthcare staffing at Hanker Systems Inc is focused on delivering the right talent to support quality patient care.
