Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring Neurologists at several locations in central Texas and the Austin area.
Opportunities are available at our academic medical center, regional medical center, and several established outpatient clinics. Subspecialty interests in headache, neuromuscular, cognitive disorders, dementia, movement disorders, or stroke/inpatient care are welcome. Current openings include:
Neurologist- College Station
• Outpatient only - no inpatient or call involved.
• General, neuromuscular, movement disorders, or cognitive/behavioral focus is preferred.
• Near Houston; home to Texas A&M University
Neurohospitalist- Waco
• Neurohospitalist- 7 days on/off- inpatient shifts; supported by the system tele-stroke team
• Conveniently located in central Texas, near Dallas; home to Baylor University
Neurologist- Temple
• General Neurology- Outpatient focus with a light inpatient mix- call rotation (approx. 1:8)
• Academic Campus; teaching opportunities available with optional protected time
• Conveniently located in central Texas between Austin and Dallas; only 45 min. north of Austin and 2 hrs. south of DFW
Neurologist- Greater Austin Region (north Austin & Lakeway)
• Dementia Specialist: Outpatient only
• Epileptologist: Outpatient only
• Attractive Austin suburbs with easy access to downtown Austin

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
